Many insurance companies will interpret orthopaedic problems as accidents. Insurance companies will pend payment on your medical claim until accident details are forwarded by the patient for claims review.
Incorrect or incomplete patient data will delay claims payment.
Failure by the patient to obtain a current referral in an HMO or Point-of-Service insurance plan will result in the patient receiving a lower level of benefits or denial of claims.
Insurance companies often require more information for claims payment. Our
office may be able to provide this information if our records are accurate and
